STC (Saudi Telecom Company) is a Saudi-based company working in telecommunications that offer landline services, mobile services, and internet services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. People living in KSA using STC SIM cards can easily check their mobile or internet balance.
Saudi Telecom Company is the major telecommunication company in Saudi Arabia, which is popular as compared to the other telecommunication networks such as Mobily, Zain, etc.
There are basically four methods to check the balance on the STC network. Here, I am going to explain all these four methods. You just need to follow some simple steps that I am going to state below:
1. STC balance check through voice call
This method is extremely helpful for any user. You can call directly to the STC helpline to connect with customer care to inquire about the balance of your STC network.
Step:1 You can make a call by dialing “900.
Step:2 After dialing” 900″, you need to choose STC Balance Inquiry Option by the VIR to get the STC balance or select contacting a customer care representative to know the STC balance in Arabic or English.
You can get the STC prepaid or postpaid balance check by following the above steps.
2. STC balance check through USSD code
This is the second and easiest method to check your STC Sawa balance. In order to check the STC balance from your mobile, you just need to dial a simple code.
Step:1 Dial *166# and then press the green call button.
Step:2 Once you proceed with it, a message with STC balance details will show on your mobile screen.
So, to inquire “STC Balance” using a code or STC balance check can be done online by dialing *166# code from your mobile phone.
3. STC balance check through SMS
The third method for STC balance inquiry is through sending a text message from your mobile phone. To check balance via this method:
Step:1 Go to write a message
Step:2 Write “balance”
Step:3 Send the SMS to “900”.
You will receive a message from Sawa showing you STC Sawa remaining credit on your mobile screen.
You can also send a blank message to 2220.
4. STC balance check through the mobile application
The last method for checking your balance on STC is by using a mobile application. If you have a smartphone, you can install the STC mobile application from the Google play store or Apple iStore. After installing the application on your mobile phone, you will be able to see your STC prepaid and postpaid balance.
